Usage and characteristics:

1. Slotting part:
- High precision imported original linear guide rail, precision spiral gear drive dance linkage, making the movement more flexible and accurate.
- Computer-controlled electric adjustment can complete slotted box height, phase, and axial movement adjustment, fast and conveniently.
- The press wheel shaft and slotted wheel shaft are made of high-quality steel and are plated with hard chromium after surface grinding. After dynamic balance and static balance correction, the operation is stable.

2. Die-cutting part:
- The phase adjustment of the die-cutting roll is controlled by a counting machine, adopting a planetary gear adjustment device and 360-degree electric adjustment.
- The die-cutting gap is adjusted manually, the adjustment range is ±8mm.
- The rubber cushion roller is made of high-quality steel precision, dynamic balance correction, surface grinding and hard chrome plating. The axis adopts an automatic swimming device, the moving distance is ±20mm.
- The axial adjustment of die-cutting rolls is controlled by a computer, and the axial adjustment range of electric adjustment is ±10mm.
- The rubber cushion roller adopts the speed difference dynamic compensation device, and the rubber cushion roller automatically compensates for the linear speed change after repair to ensure the modulus.
- The rubber pad roller is turned to trim the fine structure and keep the surface of the rubber pad flat.
3. Printing part:

4. Paper feed part:
