Usage and characteristics
The automatic gluer and stitcher machine is composed of four parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing& folding part, stitching part, and counting stacking output part. Digital display control, PLC computer amplitude modulation, double frequency synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable, and accurate control mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic glue folding, automatic stitching, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, average gluing speed 140 m/min, average stitching speed 50-60 pieces/min. 1. Paper feeding part
(1) Belt Lead edge feeding can be moved from side to side, Improve the coordination performance of the cardboard front flap and side flap.
(2) Using the belt leading edge suction paper feeding way, accurate and reliable.
(3) Using the high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, so that the paper feeding department can be controlled separately, the operation is simple and reliable.
(4) The height of the press wheel is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thicknesses of 2-8 mm.
(5) Linked with the folding part, frequency control, design speed 0-150m/Min, paper feeding speed
0-140m/Min.
(6) The front baffle and side baffle of the paper feeding part can be adjusted by electric power left and right, and the paper holder can be adjusted forward and backward by electricity.
2. Gluing and folding part
(1) The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the system has no noise, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
(2) The imported high friction belt is used to transport the paperboard, and the paperboard can be automatically folded.
(3) Automatic gluing bucket adopts stainless steel wheel gluing, adjustable gluing amount, uniform gluing amount, left and right adjustment by electric, no-fault, and save glue.
(4) The folding part is provided with a cardboard correcting device and a creasing correcting device.
(5) The folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide wheel system, and the molding precision is higher.

3. Stitching part

4. Counting accumulation output part
