Usage and characteristics:
- The machine can complete one colour multi-colour printing at one time, scuttling, line pressing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, drilling, die cutting and other processes. Adopts the leading edge adsorption paper feed, the air volume is adjustable, the host fan is controlled by frequency conversion, and the PLC man-machine interface is adjusted.
- The machine adopts a modular design, each unit can be combined according to the requirements of use, pneumatic lock between the units, and electric parting and closing. The phase of each unit adopts PLC and touch screen and electric digital 360-degree adjustment, static and dynamic uniform adjustment
- The paper feeding section uses a rubber roller to pull the paper, the general warped cardboard and the thin paper board can be smoothly completed, and the paper feeding mode is separated to ensure the production of larger sizes of cardboard.
- The printing department uses a pneumatic bidirectional diaphragm pump for ink supply, pneumatic plate lifting, automatic ink levelling, plate hanging device, with ink shortage alarm and automatic zeroing device.
- The slotting part adopts a man-machine interface and button dual system operation, which can store orders. The box height and box width are adjusted by electric power.
- The rubber pad of the die-cutting part has the function of automatically disconnecting when the die is not cut and has the differential compensation and the left and right moving device.
- After dynamic balance treatment and correction, the roller body surface is plated with hard chromium.
- Gear adopts high-quality alloy steel high-frequency quenching grinding treatment, cross-slider drive, and no key ring connection.
- Spray type automatic lubrication, oil level balance system.
