Feature and characteristics:
This machine is the last equipment for carton molding and is applied to the corrugated cardboard's combination of three layers or five layers with different sizes (If needed gluing seven layers, can be customized processing). This machine is in high efficiency and the cardboard is beautiful. The most benefit is that the binder costs less, and the costs are 10 times less than the stitching ribbon file. It has strong adhesion, easy operation, and smooth operation which is ideal equipment for exporting advanced cardboard processing.
1. Worktable
Photoelectricity controls the feeding height, reduces intensity, and improves work efficiency.
2. Flatten correction
(1) After gluing and the second pressing, the bonder is smooth and firm.
(2) Equipped with an automatic correction device, make the carton's size correct.
(3) Fan air drying function.
(4) Counting output device, with photoelectric correlation mechanism. When reaching the const carton, it will be output automatically.
3. Transverse output
Transverse output automatically works after receiving the count output signal. Stacking is convenient for banding
