3. Slotting unit
(1) With self-locking function, the pre-pressing quick adjustment mechanism ensures the long-term accuracy between the disc and the shaft, and slows the breakage of the paper when pressing the line.
(2) The creasing line wheel adopts the latest design of pre-pressing type, to protect the cardboard flatness.
(3) It is equipped with PLC programmable control to synchronize the axial movement of the left and right synchronous transport, so that the upper and lower creasing wheel, upper and lower slotter knife, synchronous adjustment, adjust the box height by electrical, and with memory storage function.
(4) Planetary gear-type phase adjustment mechanism with digital display function for electric adjustment of slotted phase and slotted box height.

4. Rotary die cutting unit
(1) The roller is made of hard chrome plated on the surface, material is high-quality steel, After dynamic balance correction, to increase its operating stability and reliability.
(2) Die roller and soft roller made by international standard size, die roller diameter: 260mm, plus wooden die diameter: 310mm, soft roll diameter is 281mm (excellent rubber sleeve outside diameter 297 mm), can be purchase the wooden die and rubber anywhere.
(3) Adjust the gap between the die cutter roller and the rubber roller by manually.
(4) The phase of the die-cutting roller adopts a three-planetary structure, which has high precision and large bearing capacity. The stop and operation can be adjusted by electric digital 360°.
(5) When the paper feed stop, the soft roll rises automatically, reduce the wear of the soft roll.
(6) The rubber is made of polyurethane felt cover Germany Dipack., which can achieve 100% cutting rate. The incision is smooth. The replacement order of the rubber pad shall be based on the loading and unloading operation manual of the rubber pad.

(9) With line speed compensation device, when the soft roller diameter changes, the line speed automatic compensation device automatically track compensation, without manual adjust the speed, to ensure that the size of each batch of cardboard boxes die-cutting is exactly the same, while greatly extending the felt and knife mold life.
(10) The soft roll automatic repair device can repair the worn felt cover several times. The repaired felt cover is smooth and clean, and maintains the same performance as the new felt cover. Greatly increase the reusability of felt mats.
5. Floding gluing part
Floding unit
(1) The paper folding in the front adopts precise shaping and guiding wheel arranging system for conveying, while the paper folding in the back adopts adsorption belt for conveying. This way of conveying is stable for cardboard walking, without deviation.
(2) High strength bridge arm, precision traverse guide system.
(3) The left and right adjustment of the origami beam can be controlled by computer or by electric adjustment.
(4) The transmission adsorption motor is electrically controlled.
(5) The paper fish tail adjustment by Belt differential adjustment.
Gluing unit
(1) Adopt non-stop roller gluing system (ERO Spray System from Italy ) to prevent the glue from solidifying when the machine stops. It is suitable for gluing on 2-12mm thick paper, and the gluing amount is easy to adjust.
(2) The Glue feeding left and right adjustment by computer adjustment.
(3) The glue amount can automatically adapt to the speed change and spray evenly. The belt speeds of the upper and lower beams can be adjusted to be the same as or close to the speed of the slotting machine to prevent paper jams.
6. Servo counter ejector
(1) Photocell precise counter employed;
(2) Three group servo motors constitute the accurate counting function for stacking output at high speed;
(3) High speed separating bar is controlled with servo motor to secure the piling-up in exact number;
(4) Pneumatic aid blank taking bar is able to make stacked blanks flat and neat;
(5) Pneumatic stacking unit ejects out the stacked blanks neatly;
(6) Strong air blowing-down equipment prevents blanks from warping when they are ejected from folder to secure they are stacked neatly. The airflow director can be set freely;
(7) The back baffle can be set back or forth can be adjust electrically in line with blank specifications;
(8) Upper/bottom conveying belt conveys the piled blanks out synchronously;
(9) Upper conveying belt vertical position is set automatically via elevator and the stacking height can be changed according to baled blanks numbers;
(10) Ejector can be shifted laterally entirely to secure the blanks dropped at the center of machine.
